Abstract

The information processing in listening short text of college English is always difficult for the college students, which has several factors. The paper starts from the internal characteristics “unity” of listening text structure of short passage to discuss the strategy in information processing by text continuum so as to search for the way of avoiding the shortages and exerting the advantages in phonetic speech perception of short passage.
