Abstract

With the deepening of marketization and globalization in China, the degree of opening to the outside world has been improving. The “one belt and one way” has effectively integrated the Chinese economy into the global economic tide. In the face of new opportunities and challenges, the international exchange business of the Administrative College also needs to keep pace with the times and constantly change, so as to serve the training of cadres effectively. How to plan scientifically and build a multi-level, wide-ranging and all-round international exchange business requires in-depth study on the working mechanism of international exchange.
