Abstract

According to the national strategy of Rural Revitalization, Chinese local governments began to actively explore the practice of attracting talents to serve rural construction. By interpreting the requirements of document No. 1 of the State Council for Rural Revitalization of talents, this paper identifies the types of talents needed for the strategy of rural rejuvenation, combs the experience of typical representatives from Beijing, Zhejiang and Sichuan in attracting talents to serve rural construction, and finally provides suggestions to promote the talents to serve rural construction.
