Abstract

The major changes in the international and domestic economic situation have caused China to think about the issue of “going out” of Chinese enterprises, namely foreign direct investment. Under the framework of international business theory, the article analyzes the policy theory and puts forward the status quo and problems of “going out” of enterprises, and proposes to promote Chinese enterprises from the government policy formulation, the improvement of intermediary services and the enterprise itself.
