Abstract

In the digital age, people are more and more widely used in the field of digital technology. Because digital information has the advantages of high efficiency and convenience, its application value in the integration and optimization of sports teaching resources is more and more prominent. However, at the present stage, the utilization rate of P. E. teaching resources in China is low, and there are many unfavorable factors, which hinder the rational allocation of P. E. teaching information resources. Based on this, this paper first analyzed the current situation of the construction of physical education teaching information resources, then analyzed the feasibility of the construction of digital information platform and resource integration, and finally based on the digital platform, constructed a resource integration model. Through preliminary preparation and specific network construction, it is hoped to provide some reference for the integration of sports information resources in Colleges and universities.
