Abstract

With the gradual opening of yoga courses in Colleges and universities, some problems have gradually emerged in its teaching. In order to ensure the value of yoga training, this paper explores the role of body training in yoga teaching from the perspective of body training, and then puts forward some countermeasures to optimize yoga teaching based on body training in order to improve the level of yoga teaching.
