Abstract

Ideological and political education plays a positive role in career planning education in Higher Vocational colleges, and can help college students improve their comprehensive quality. As the main force of future national development, college students' comprehensive quality level plays a vital role in the future development of the country. Based on this, starting from the current situation of Ideological and political education in college students' career development, this paper focuses on the analysis of Ideological and political education on the role of career planning, and then puts forward specific measures for ideological and political education to play an important role in career development. This is not only the need of China's social development and education development, but also plays a huge role in the healthy development of College students.
