Abstract

With the development of society, the demand for talents in enterprises is increasing. However, there are still many shortcomings in ideological and political education in colleges and universities, leading to the stagnation of the development of ideological and political education. Therefore, this paper first analyses the importance of practical teaching of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, points out the problems existing in the current ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and puts forward new ways to improve the practical ability of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, in order to provide theoretical support for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and help colleges and universities train more talents that meet the needs of society.
