Abstract

The role consciousness of Party members is the foundation of the party members' standing and the important prerequisite for the party to maintain and develop the advanced nature. Whether the party members' role consciousness is firm or not is directly related to whether the party's advanced nature can be effectively realized. Based on this article, the author analyses how to strengthen the role consciousness of Party members of minority college students in the new period. On the basis of a brief overview of the status quo of the role consciousness of Minority College students, this paper analyses the main problems existing in the role consciousness, and does a good job in cultivating and strengthening the role consciousness.
