Abstract

With the development of education, physical education has become a target of concern. In order to improve students' physical quality and ability, physical education teachers must carry out quality development training in physical education, so that students can absorb and digest sports knowledge according to their own learning conditions, and then achieve lifelong sports. This paper makes a brief analysis and research on the application of quality development training in physical education, hoping to provide some valuable teaching suggestions for physical education teachers.
