Abstract
Outcome-based Education is an educational model that is organized, implemented, and evaluated based on expected learning outcomes. In the current era, how to achieve innovation in the design and teaching of college English courses through the OBE education concept is important. This paper mainly studies how to effectively combine students' actual needs and cultivate students' innovative spirit in the current college English curriculum design process.
