Abstract

“The core of administering the Party strictly in an all-round way is to strengthen the leadership of the Party. The foundation is comprehensive, the key is strict and the key is to administer the Party”. The important speech delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping at the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Discipline Commission profoundly expounded the new connotation of the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, clearly put forward the new requirements for the management of the Party, which is an important guideline for promoting the comprehensive and strict administration of the Party, and pointed out the direction for the management of the Party and the improvement of the Party. As an important part of the Party building and student work in Colleges and universities, the Party building of college students should start from many aspects and take many measures simultaneously to improve the effectiveness of the work. College student members with good party spirit are the new force to counter-feed and achieve a new and normal rule of the party. There is still a gap between the current situation of party members’ self-cultivation and the strict management of the party’s new normal. From the perspective of student party members' education, this paper puts forward to some extent how to focus on training socialist modernization builders and successors in the new normal period to ensure that the party's cause is passed on.
