Abstract

Immunochromatography is an immunoassay, which based on chromatographic techniques and antigen-antibody-specific immune responses. Owing to its simplicity, convenience, ease of operation, rapidity, and relatively low price, Immunochromatography has been widely used in Point-of-Care Testing (POCT). With the increase of POCT detection items and the improvement of the requirements of quantitative, sensitivity and specificity of existing items, this paper reviews the latest developments and applications of immunochromatography.
