Abstract

Network political culture is in the Internet environment, that is, in the network society, Internet users on the political system of cognition, emotion and evaluation. The marginalized groups are often very active in the online world, but these groups generally lack a sense of legal awareness and a sense of responsibility and have a negative impact on cyber political culture to a certain extent.
