Abstract
800 college students from five colleges in Fujian Province were selected by using observation and questionnaire survey method. According to the self-edited "College Students and Students Interactive Relationship Scale" and "College Students Self-Assessment 1Scale" According to the survey results, it is found that different genders and different personality traits have an impact on the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom. Among them, there is a positive correlation between goodness, self-discipline, extroversion and intelligence and classroom interaction between teachers and students.
