Abstract

As social develops, the education system has also made great changes as quality education is an extremely important strategic task in the field of education in China. After years of exploration and practice, quality education has occupied a certain position in people's mind, the music education in primary and middle schools is also an extremely important component in the quality education of the college students and it also promotes the deepening of quality education. Therefore, based on the new understanding of music education in primary and middle schools, this paper mainly put forward the integration of music education in primary and middle schools and quality education of the college students in order to promote music education reform in primary and middle schools under the new curriculum reform and the quality education with college students.
