Abstract

Ideological and political education runs through the whole process of college education and teaching, and plays a great role in the cultivation of innovative talents. The new demand of social and economic development and international talent strategy is the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on this, this paper first analyses the role of Ideological and political education in talent training in Colleges and universities, then puts forward the existing problems, and finally puts forward a new idea of all-round coordinated education of Ideological and political education in order to promote the development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
