Abstract
China's rapid economic development and the advent of the information age have made thetalents training an important part in the society. Vocational colleges, as the place where special skilled talents are transported, have solved the problem of talent vacancy to a great extent. However, due to the restriction and influence of various factors, the development of vocational colleges is relatively slow, and the quality of personnel training does not match the social needs. Based on the perspective of economics, from the connotation of modern information technology, the development status of Vocational colleges, and many challenges faced by the process of talent cultivation in Vocational colleges, this paper puts forward strategies to improve the talent cultivation mode of Vocational colleges, hoping to provide some reference for the construction and cultivation of talents in Vocational colleges.
