Abstract

With the continuous improvement of personnel training specifications in China's institutions of higher learning, the cultivation of College Students'core literacy has gradually become the foothold of the goal of personnel training in the new era. Core literacy is put forward in order to meet the needs of economic, political and social talents under the background of the new era, which reflects the important influence of the times on College Students'education and training. Art education, as one of the most important components of the current higher education in China, is of great practical significance in promoting the all-round development of contemporary college students. From the perspective of traditional culture, contemporary college students lack solid core accomplishment and effective inheritance and reference of traditional culture, which is not conducive to college students to establish a healthy and good value system. In today's society, where the process of economic globalization and regional economic integration is gradually accelerating, the advantages and status of college students are more prominent, and they should adapt to the trend of world education reform and improve themselves comprehensively.
