Abstract

Based on the perspective of resource-based view, this paper focuses on the implementation of the strategy of rural cultural revitalization, analyses the multiple contradictions in the objective environment and the complex challenges during the implementation, and reviews the domestic and foreign implementation approaches of regional and rural cultural development strategies. On this basis, it adopts the case study method, taking Shuangliu District of Chengdu as an example, and concludes that the strategic implementation system of rural cultural revitalization can be constructed through upward and downward implementation approaches, developing a thinking framework suiTable for the context of rural revitalization, which will provide a theoretical basis for the government’s policy-making.
