Abstract
This paper summarizes the theory and practice of bilingual teaching in university courses in recent years, combined with the experience accumulated in the bilingual teaching of Food Safety. This paper discusses on the problems existing in bilingual teaching at present. Some proposals were raised by investigating and analyzing the teaching effect. They include combining interactive classroom, reverse classroom and improving teachers' comprehensive quality in order to the bilingual teaching reform of "Food Safety Science".
