Abstract
Based on different network platforms of English test, most test systems are aiming at teaching activities and management, which are helpless at effective instruction of individual learners because few of them cores learners . On the other hand, scientific elements of feedback are even repeated and meaningless, tedious and too general. So, when combining learners , more reasonable elements with some useful learning strategies based on mete-recognition, feedback of English test would be more effective and helpful to English learning.
