Abstract

"Knowledge sharing" has become an indispensable key factor for any enterprise to enhance its core competitiveness. How to achieve knowledge sharing among internal employees is very critical to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the existing literature, this paper summarizes several main influencing factors of knowledge sharing among employees in enterprises. From the perspective of influencing factors, it establishes the benefit function and game model of knowledge sharing, obtains the key factors affecting knowledge sharing, and puts forward four methods to promote knowledge sharing.
