Abstract

This paper focuses on the core idea of the double-first-class construction of private colleges and universities, guided by social needs, combined with the "double-first-class" standard and the idea of running private undergraduate colleges and universities, speeds up the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines, integrates the existing training mode of Applied Talents in private colleges and universities, and fully mobilizes schools and colleges. All kinds of resources of enterprises should strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises, face the industry market, and formulate a "double-first-class" training mode for applied talents. To cultivate applied lents by disciplines competition and innovative entrepreneurship competition, to promote the creation of theory and practice teaching, to comprehensively improve the comprehensive factors of applied talents, and to truly achieve the goal of double-first-class talents training.
