Abstract

The cultural exchanges among different nationalities and groups around the world are getting closer and closer. While cultures are constantly blending and influencing, conflicts and confrontations are constantly emerging. Cultural globalization brings not only challenges, but also opportunities for all countries. Based on the value of Chinese traditional culture and its influence in the world under the background of cultural globalization, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the strategic position, basic principles and innovative development direction of Chinese culture under the background of cultural globalization. The demonstration shows that in the face of the trend of cultural globalization, Chinese traditional culture needs to actively respond to challenges, and actively adopt new cultural strategies and development ideas from the political, cultural and economic perspectives in order to achieve the goal and demand of building a harmonious socialist society.
