Abstract

In the new era, students in higher vocational colleges will bear more psychological pressure compared with other undergraduate college students, and there are big problems in their mental health. Therefore, the mental health of students in higher vocational colleges is a concern of modern society. This paper analyzes the causes of mental health of students in higher vocational colleges, proposes effective measures for solving mental health of students in higher vocational colleges in the new era, and uses existing resources to provide mental health education to students in higher vocational colleges, so that students can face their mental health and improve their psychological quality in a timely manner.
