Abstract
This paper starts from the background and significance of five-year consistent preschool education personnel training, then analyses the existing problems of five-year consistent preschool education professional personnel training, and finally takes our school as an example to summarize the experience of five-year consistent preschool education professional personnel training, hoping to provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
