Abstract

Building a scientific and effective evaluation system is the inherent requirement for adhering to Xi Jinping's party building ideology. Based on the realistic dilemma faced by the evaluation and evaluation of middle-level leading cadres in colleges and universities and the useful exploration of S University, this paper starts from the three aspects of “testing what”, “how to test” and “how to use the results”, and constructs the evaluation system of middle-level leading cadres in colleges and universities.
