Abstract

The coming of big data cloud computing era provides opportunities and challenges for higher education of statistics. To cultivate high-quality and compound statistical talents, statistical education must be based on the needs of the state and society on the basis of foresight and emancipation of ideas. In this paper, we discuss the innovative trend of statistics in Higher Education from three aspects: statistical education, statistical practice and statistical modeling.
