Abstract

In order to manage universities efficiently, it is inseparable from the construction of the rule of law. By discussing the necessity of the construction of rule of law in colleges and universities and the existing problems, the author points out that the rule of law in colleges and universities must be student-oriented, and it is necessary to cultivate their all-round development as the starting point of the rule of law. Supplemented by punishment, it is necessary to accept the supervision of the masses and ultimately make the rule of law effective in colleges and universities.
