Abstract
Based on a large number of literature reviews, this paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of perceived trust on employees in recent years. On the basis of literature analysis, a dual-path model of perceived cognitive trust and perceived emotional trust on employees'job performance and organizational citizenship behavior is proposed.
