Abstract

Recently the difficulty of university graduate employment has become a hot focus. and the graduate's accomplishment is a key point that decides whether they can find a job or a satisfactory job for themselves or not. In connection with this issue,this essay analyses the main reasons why the professional accomplishment education is inefficiency from its essence and on the basis of knowing its real meaning. Meanwhile, the basic strategy for promoting the college graduate professional accomplishment is put forward.
