Abstract

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, people pay more attention to the practical application of scientific and technological knowledge and bring about the improvement of economic level. The background and significance of intellectual property management are analyzed. Then the connotation of intellectual property and its related theories are deeply studied. Through consulting information and field research, the current situation of intellectual property education, the establishment of management institutions and the formulation of economic system in Colleges and universities is analyzed. Through a comprehensive review of the research progress of China's intellectual property management discipline. The analysis reveals that the hot topics of intellectual property economics and management discipline research in China mainly focus on intellectual property and technological innovation, innovation performance, economic growth and patent strategy, patent quality and patent value. Studies have shown that in the process of expanding the boundaries of economic management theory, intellectual property management will extend outward and gradually overlap with other disciplines. Can bring greater impetus to the development of the economy.
