Abstract

The negative transfer effect of source language on phonetic learning not only exists at the level of segmental phoneme, but also at the level of Super segmental phoneme. This paper analyses the negative transfer effect of Ningxia dialects in English acquisition from three aspects: stress, rhythm and intonation, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems in order to better carry out English teaching and improve students' English proficiency.
