Abstract

The construction of a government ruled by law is a long-term task, which requires the joint participation of the society and unremitting efforts. In the process of building a legal system government, we need to integrate the socialist core values into it, realize the comprehensive combination of rule by virtue and rule, and promote the gradual deepening of the concept of rule by law. In order to promote the construction of a government in China, the General Office of the State Council issued in 2016 guidelines for incorporating socialist core values into the construction of a government, which clearly point out that ruling the country by law is an important guarantee and essential requirement of our socialist construction. Integrating socialist core values into the construction of a government needs to be fully embodied in all aspects of government supervision, administrative law enforcement and government decision-making, so as to ensure the implementation of the construction of legal system government.
