Abstract

With the continuous development of society, the effectiveness of national defense education and quality education in higher education is increasing. In order to investigate the current situation of social education, the author studies the importance of national defense education for college students in quality education. According to the research, in the current process of socialist modernization in China, strengthening national defense education is still one of the central tasks of national defense construction, especially the development and influence of national defense education in colleges and universities. Moreover, carrying out national defense education among college students is conducive to improving the national defense consciousness, collectivism concept, organizational discipline, physical and mental quality and scientific and cultural accomplishment of college students. It is an important way to cultivate and create high-quality talents.
