Abstract
At present, the major of Ideological and political education has been established in most colleges and universities throughout the country. It undertakes the task of training the teaching, scientific research and ideological and political work professionals of Ideological and political education, and has an irreplaceable position. In view of the development and basic concepts of undergraduate teaching level assessment in China's universities, this paper further explores the evaluation of undergraduate teaching level. Through undergraduate teaching evaluation, the idea of running a school has been further established, the teaching capital construction and teaching management have been significantly strengthened, and the teaching reform has been gradually deepened. Research shows that the value orientation of "evaluating high-quality talents" in college teaching evaluation can guide colleges and universities to pay attention to undergraduate teaching evaluation, actively improve teaching conditions, strengthen teaching management, deepen teaching reform and actively create a good teaching environment and atmosphere. It is an effective way to improve the quality of China's higher education and establish a long-term quality assurance system and monitoring mechanism.
