Abstract

With the continuous development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards nowadays, the society has posed higher requirements for the comprehensive literacy of employees. Only by cultivating talents with high professional quality and good physical quality, college education in China can meet the needs of social development and provide a good employment prospect for graduates. Now there are still many problems in the current physical education in colleges and universities, making the physical education teaching cannot be effectively carried out and cannot improve the physical quality of students. In this context, this paper aims to make the physical education of colleges and universities better serve education undertakings through the coordinated development of physical education and exercise training, so as to promote the overall progress of students' quality and then promote the development of the country and society.
