Abstract
This paper first analyzes the relationship between experimental teaching and teaching effectiveness of public management courses. Secondly, it conducts empirical analysis on the factors influencing the effectiveness of experimental teaching. The key influencing factors are teaching effectiveness, equipment environment, learning attitude and learning behavior. And learning atmosphere, etc. Finally, combined with the above-mentioned influencing factors, some suggestions for improving the teaching effectiveness of the experimental course, such as enriching the teaching content, creating an open public management laboratory, innovating experimental courses, and constructing interactive experimental teaching, etc., in order to improve the experimental teaching mechanism of public management courses.
