Abstract

Nowadays, the demand for talents is becoming higher and higher, and the employment pressure for college students is increasing day by day. Colleges and universities are the cradle of talent training in our country, however, the original mode of moral education can no longer meet the needs of high quality applied talents in social development. Colleges and universities must actively construct a new mode of moral education oriented by employment, combine professional factors with ideological and political education, help college students correctly look at the difficult problem of employment and set up correct values of employment. Based on the author's study and practical experience, this paper first analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education oriented by employment, and then puts forward the strategies of ideological and political education for college students based on the employment orientation.
