Abstract

With the continuous improvement of China's social and economic system and the continuous development of social economy, people pay more and more attention to education. Under the background of the new era, English, as a necessary tool for internationalization, is becoming more and more important. In the process of learning English, efforts to improve one's humanistic feelings is one of the qualities that contemporary college students must focus on. Regardless of the stage of education, we should vigorously advocate people-oriented teaching. Therefore, in the process of teaching students, English educators must attach importance to the role and significance of humanistic education in college English teaching.
