Abstract

Mass sports is the chief component of sports, one of the basic segment of sports, the fundamentality of the construction of sports power, The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward to promote the modernization of national management system and management ability. The construction of sports powers need to promote the modernization of the national fitness system. The biggest bottleneck restricting the development of mass sports is the serious lack of public sports facilities.
