Abstract

Taking the practice of BIM in engineering cost management as the research object, this paper firstly gives a brief overview of BIM and analyses its hotspots, then discusses the practical advantages of BIM technology in construction cost management. Finally, based on the analysis of the existing problems in construction cost management, the paper focuses on the practice of BIM in engineering cost management for reference.
