Abstract
γδT cells are an important T lymphocyte subtype found in 1986, mainly distributed in mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues, in which γδT cells in the intestine are the major T cell subtypes distributed in this tissue. Numerous studies have shown that after the body is infected by bacteria, viruses and parasites, γδT cells can rapidly proliferate and exert immune function through induction of apoptosis, ADCC, antigen presentation and immune regulation.
