Abstract

With the deepening of the reform of the education system in colleges and universities and the expansion of the scale of running schools, the employment of college students has become the focus of social attention. Guiding college students to establish a correct concept of career choice and employment is an important part of ideological and political education. This paper will take the ideological and political education mechanism as the starting point and the foothold, and discuss the mechanism of ideological and political education and the operational mechanism of each element in the employment guidance of college students.
