Abstract

This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of subjective and objective factors on the utilization rate of journals in college libraries. It is pointed out that there are various drawbacks in the journal work of university libraries. They directly or indirectly affect the efficiency of journal use. Library journalists should have a clear understanding of this and improve our work to improve the utilization goal of journals.
