Abstract

Under the background of culture going-out strategy implemented comprehensively in our country, the method about how to promote the outstanding literary and art workers and cultural works of our country to an international level and make the excellent literary and art works of our country gain a foothold on the international stage has an important practical significance for carrying forward traditional Chinese culture.
