Abstract

With the deepening of social transformation, the current social pressure and psychological pressure of college students are getting bigger and bigger. Correspondingly, the psychological and negative stress response of college students has increased greatly, which not only sounded the alarm to the current mental health education of college students, but also put out that the implementation of effective mental health education in colleges and universities is imminent.
