Abstract

This paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of the organizational structure change of sports management in Colleges in China. The research results show that there are four main factors affecting the change: the expansion of sports functions and the changes of tasks, the development of off-campus sports, the physical environment and economic development of the school and the size of the university; the relationship between the four influencing factors is mutual.
