Abstract

Although painting and design exist as two different art forms, they have a great connection with each other. Applying the points, lines and faces in the graphic design and the formal beauty law to the painting can increase the sense of form of the painting creation, and apply the elements of the painting to the graphic design, which can more clearly enrich the picture layering of the graphic design. In addition, from the unique design thinking and perspective, the artist can show the inspiration of the selection of the flat works in the works. At the same time, the creation and development of painting also lays a solid aesthetic foundation for painting design. Moreover, in the past, the boundaries between design works and oil paintings were relatively vague, and they often chose to use the mode of painting to show the vivid picture. In summary, the connection between the two can be seen. Therefore, this paper chooses to analyze and study the argument of the symbiosis between painting and graphic design.
